These terms apply to this website and to the KarLux Call Alerts text message program. KarLux is operated by Karl Detlefsen as a sole proprietor ("KarLux", "we", "us").
KarLux Call Alerts text message program
- Program name: KarLux Call Alerts.
- What it is: account notifications sent by KarLux to its clients. Each message tells you about a call or message your KarLux AI receptionist has handled, such as the caller's name, callback number and reason for calling.
- Who receives it: KarLux clients who have signed up and agreed to receive these texts.
- Message frequency: varies with your call volume. You receive a message when your receptionist handles a call.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- To stop messages: reply STOP to any message. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
- For help: reply HELP to any message, or email karlux0027@gmail.com.
- To rejoin: reply START, or sign up again on our sign-up page.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any KarLux service.
Privacy
How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Using this website
You agree to give accurate information when you sign up, and to sign up only a mobile number that is your own.
The service
Call alerts depend on telephone networks and third-party providers, so we cannot promise that every message will arrive or arrive on time. Do not rely on call alerts as your only record of an urgent call. Specific services KarLux provides to a client are covered by that client's own agreement with KarLux.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
